It's about Breeze, the Ice elemental eraser, fighting against the magical beings called the Vibrants, in the battle of Magical powers.
It's "Erase, or be Erased" in this world...

controls weren't shown in game, but only in the description
Arrowkeys: movement (where Up=jump)(Double jump is enabled)
Key Z Ice blade
Key X: Ice Blast
