so i recently discovered a way to make eggs almost like they were hard boiled but still runny on the inside and they are just so delicious and go well with rice.

I'm not the best person for food but that kinda just looks like a softboiled egg. It's a little more solid but it has the same way of cooking. Maybe it's just a softboiled egg cooked longer.

I always make my Indomie spicy noodles and add green onion and two soft boiled eggs. It's probably one of my favorite meals, and it's super cheap! I used to hate runny yolks but after trying soft-boiled eggs it changed my mind forever.
