I've tried it before, and combined with exercise, it actually worked. It was rough at several points (Keto Flu is real, and I hate it) but I noticed a drop in my weight and was proud of myself. Unfortunately, my life got a lot busier and a lot more hectic, which caused me to push diet and exercise to the side and regain the weight I fought to lose.
Is there anyone else here who dabbles with Keto? And if so, what does your diet plan look like? I'm usually always busy, and I have to find a balance for time at the gym, time for cooking and eating, time for work prep, time for my girlfriend, and of course, time for sleep. It's a constant juggle. Anyone have any quick meal prep tips?
