Food for someone who can't taste (3)

I have to buy my own food but I can't taste anything, so I have no reason to have variety or fancy complicated meals. I know practically nothing about food so I'm unsure what to do here.

I just want something simple, that won't take up much time or money, and will keep me really healthy. Not as a one off thing, but something that I will always eat.

Does anyone know the best way to approach this?

As much as I want just one thing I can buy in bulk I think I heard somewhere about variety being important and healthy even? Sorry, but this is all alien to me.

PS. Please don't focus on the fact that I can't taste. I don't know how weird it is but from what I've seen I think people tend to really like food, so it might not be that normal what I want to do.

Yeah variety is important, I heard you can develop allergies to some food if you eat too much of it, and also your stomach and brain panics when it eats the same food because it thinks its going to starve. It's also important to make sure you are getting all the right nutrients and proteins. Since you can't really taste, I would focus on that. A lot of people won't eat the right foods since they don't like the taste. I would encourage raw veggies and fruits for sure.
P.S I'm a lot like Chris Treggor from Parks & Rec so sorry if I seem like a nutrition nut... I'm also vegetarian so I have to be careful about making sure I get the right vitamins and protein.

Because even if you can't taste, stuff that is unhealthy for you will still affect you, so really since you can't taste, that would be great for your body if you ate according to nutrients only
