Trying to come up with different dishes to make this summer, would appreciate if you guys let me know what yours are. Maybe I'll make some if I don't get caught up with work.

I know this may sound weird but I thought the same but when i actually tried it it was pretty good! ^^ My aunt makes this really weird dish that has cut up sausage on top of a guacamole covered tortilla with bits of soft white cheese sprinkled on top. So far its one of my favorites ^^.
