Hey guys! I recently became vegetarian, and so far, it's been going pretty good! Been two months, and I lost at least 15 lbs!!!! (made me so happy! :D). But as a person who's been raised in a family that makes a SHIT TON OF FOOD, it's been kind of hard for them.
Anyways, that's not the point. I wanted to ask you guys if you have any food that you like, as vegetarians or vegans! :D

I may not be a vegetarian, but I do like salads and spinach. Raw spinach is really good for you.

My sister is a vegetarian and other day we made Guioza (jiaozi). Only need flour, salt and hot water to make the dough. To make the filling you can choose anything, in the case we used cabbage, carrot (It was what we had at home at the time). Cooking steam and then fry (or not).

I'm no vegetarian, but their are a lot of asain dishes that are vegan and vegetarian, that taste good. In Japan there were areas that eating meat were banned for awhile so they had to create all sorts of dishes, and they can be quite appatising, I cannot think of any offhand though.
