I have interest in cooking, but can only make some simple things like cakes.
I have an interest in japanese cooking (things like : Ramen, Onigiris, Udon, and goes on), and I would like to try cooking some "Gohan" (Fried Rice). But don't know any good recipes for beginners, I don't know if I can use regular rice.
