anybody know any good recipes for vegetarian Japanese foods? I recently made sticky rice, curry, and green tea. So does anybody know any other good recipes for anything? (there's a pic of the food I made)

Hmm...while I was in Japan I met a pair of vegetarians, they seemed pretty happy for the most part on Ramen without the meat or meat-based stock. Not to sure what you can do though; but I bet you could adapt most fish-based things by simply taking of the fish side. Japanese recipes are not as complex as one might think.
