instructions
Put ur pork in a bowl and mix it around a bit until it feels a bit gooey and add the condiments and continue to mix. After everything has mixed go ahead and add ur chopped onions, cabbage, and garlic chives and lightly stur until everything is evenly mixed. Then cover bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 min so the pork and vegetables blend well together. Then get ur Gyoza wraps and scoop a small amount of filling and put it in the middle of ur wrap and after u added ur filling wet the rim of the wrap with water to help seal it and fold in half and make pleat and press firmly to close. When ur ready to cook get a large frying pan and place it over ur burner on medium heat and coat ur pan with a lil bit of sesame oil then place how ever many of ur Gyoza can fit in the pan and pour boiling water until the Gyozas are half covered and place a lid on and let it cook on medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes. After ur water has evaporated and ur Gyoza starts to sizzle add a lil bit of sesame oil around and in between ur Gyoza and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes. Once the bottem of the Gyoza turn golden brown go ahead and remove them from the pan and into a plate bottem side up and repeat with the rest of the Gyoza u have left. Once ur done cooking go ahead and enjoy. Ive done this recipied for catering events for privet parties and ppl enjoy these alot please let me know if u like them and hope u enjoy!
