So this is a healthy recipe to drink in the morning, it's made mostly out of bananas, but I have three variants for you to try:
Banana and flaxseed:
1 orange, 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of whey, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, ½ big cup of lukewarm water.
Banana and forest berries:
1 banana, 1 cup of blueberries, strawberries or cranberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, ½ big cup of lukewarm water.
Banana and spinach:
1 banana, 200g of fresh spinach, ½ cup of yoghurt, 1/3 cup of crushed cereal, 1 tablespoon of honey and ½ big cup of lukewarm water.
For the preparation it's super easy; you put everything in your blender and you mix that well !
