Anyone else enjoy meal replacement shakes for lunch or other meals of the day?
My favorite has a recipe of:
8oz milk
4oz raw egg (2 large)
2/3 of vanilla meal replacement serving
1 scoop whey powder
2tbsp peanut butter
5 grams BCAA
And maybe a banana if I feel like it, I'm also contemplating adding some oatmeal to it.

Is it still good without the eggs? It's hard to find good quality eggs around here, and pasteurized ones are unnecessarily expensive...

Back in high school, my breakfast was a can of Ensure. Good thing the Canadian version actually tastes something like chocolate milk, since the American version tastes like ass in comparison.
