QSo guys I've always wanted to be a doctor from when I was a kid and I have the grades for it so that's always been what I wanted to do. But I've been working part time at this patisserie and I am really good at making deserts. And I enjoy it so much, like when some enjoys one of my cakes it makes me so happy. And working together with me colleagues is great. And I've started wondering how it would be to go to a cookery school and then open up a pastry shop. Now I can't decide which to pick. I love both of them.

I say you should look at a community college that offer a culinary degree. Just because culinary and baking schools can be costly if you don't have couple of scholarships and you can change degree and transfer the credits to a school easily in case you want to be a doctor. Or you can just go to school to be a doctor while working at a pastry shop and write down the recipes you are using and read from cook books. If you like being a doctor, you can make owning a pastry shop as your retirement plan

I will take some time to open your own business. Like what type of pastries you will make (and you want to sell the most), the name of your place, ect.
