fried brussel sprouts with garlic and balsamic- they look scary and sound scary but they really are soo good haha

I don't like brussel sprouts, but I'll definitely try them with garlic and balsamic vinegar! I'm terrified of birds, but I love duck tongues. The spicier, the better.

It's basically pork innards cooked in pig's blood, basil leaves, and other spices. Goes great with rice or puto(sort of a fluffy rice cake)

they usually use pork belly, but where i'm from, they use pork intestines. but yeah, the main part of it is the pig's blood
