Just out of curiosity, are there any other vegetarians on here?
And if so, what are your favourite meals?

Anyways, I'm glad someone made a vegetarian post 'cause I have no idea how to create those things. My favorite meals… I guess it would be a sweet, sweet fruit salad. But I'm also happy with fried vegetables or a simple salad.
If someone wants to share vegetarian recipes or post any photos, please do. My cousin (also a vegetarian) had a book with interesting recipes, I wonder where it is…

Not exactly vegetarian,but whatever.
For salads, I like it with avocado, almonds, peanuts, dried cranberries, and some sort of sweet/Italian dressing.
I'm going through an avocado phase and tried avocado egg wraps, which tasted good, and better with some cheddar I had on hand.
Black bean and Quinoa veggie burgers are amazing. Def check it out.

wo ho i love a good baked and breaded eggplant with some pasta and cheese oh delish! vegetarians unite!

I like baked eggplant stuffed with jalapeños and minced tofu.

I'm vegan. :3 and I love lasagna made of eggplant with tomato sauce and a cheese made of aipim/mandioca (something similar to potato, but more tasty X3). It tastes even great if you fry the eggplant with a small pitch of corn oil and takes off the skin and the seeds of the tomato and throw it on the mixer before preparing on the pan with all the seasonings.
