Why don't you try chicken curry.Everyone got their own version. The only place where it differs is the spice. In general if you want your curry to taste the best grind some clove, cardamom, dried red chillies, anise, turmeric and bay-leaf.Once all of those are ground together saute some onion, garlic and ginger until they are golden brown.Add some salt.Add some cube of chicken or drumsticks or wings whichever you prefer. Then add tomato(a lot) and the spices that you just ground and add water and simmer until most of the water a=has evaporated and lower the heat.Add butter for a better taste. That's it.

Although if you really want to be a chef, as i said think out of the box, experiment on making new food, taste, and re-do, until you get the taste you wanted your customers to enjoy.
