Which do you prefer? Tell me why you like it better or why you don't like it better. I like frozen yogurt better, because it just tastes better. It's so soft and it slides down your throat (gross LOL). So let's see how this goes!

Ice cream is definitely better in my opinion, but frozen yogurt is better for you probably.

i kinda like frozen yogurt more and aside from its health benefits...i don't know really but i can put whatever fruit or topping in it and it would taste really good, though i also like to eat ice cream every now and then.

Hmm... Sweetness-wise, I'd go for ice cream. It's more accessible here in my place than frozen yogurt.
I'd go for frozen yogurt though, since it's easier to eat, and it isn't "too sweet".... If that makes any sense (^_^;)
