Okay, this is gonna sound weird but trust me here:
Make a pancake,make it a thin, wide one (like a Crêpe) than take a Schnitzel ( I use chicken Schnitzel, but it can be whatever I guess) and just wrap the pancake around it.
Then eat it. It's amazing. I know how it sounds, really, but it works.

One time the waiter had a nose bleed on my fuckin pancakes and I ate them anyway. Face like a fucking fire hydrant that one. Didn't taste bad though I say.
