Note: If there is already a thread for this I apologize, I honestly couldn't really find it :/

But I figured there may be a few people who are getting out on their own and would like something other than Ramen and crackers sometimes. So I am asking for people to share some easy recipes that are light on budget and good!

Just remember that you can put the whole recipe in your response, or put a little description and get a link to the recipe from a site, but I still ask to be careful of the site you link!

Mine is an easy Granola Bar recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups of quick cooking oats
1 cup of sliced almonds
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup miniature chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of sweetened dried cranberries (or something you like better)
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, sweetened condensed milk, butter, coconut, almonds, chocolate chips and cranberries with your hands until well blended. Press flat into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on how crunchy you want them. Lightly browned just around the edges will give you moist, chewy bars. Let cool for 5 minutes, cut into squares then let cool completely before serving.
