For me, I prefer fried chicken meat that is crispy on the outside(slightly burnt)and very soft and juicy inside, yum !
I prefer legs by the way.

I definitely agree on the chicken. God, I'm hungry.
I usually boil my chicken in some spices before frying them. It makes them really tender and savory.
I like to dip my chicken in egg and flour, too, so.. Double crispy. Eyup.
