I was preferring eatting tofu recipe. Cuz I'm a vegetarian, I don't wanna eat meat anymore. It's like they having a stroke for being obese in True Life-feeling unhappy in the movie, Super Size Me.
I can eat those tofu foods like Chinese and Japanese food. But meat? Na'da. Like the character Beastboy from Teen Titans. He's a crazy, party animal who loves tofu.
Beastboy: Who wants tofu waffles?
Cyborg: Man, nobody wants tofu waffles.
Beastboy: I do. Past me the soy milk!

I love fried tofu.. And also Tofu with meat (pork)..
It's a belief in our country (I'm not sure if also to other nations) that Tofu is a 'brain food'; a food that will make you intelligent..
