Residents of Gallup, New Mexico have set what is being billed as the record for the largest navajo taco. 150 pieces of fry bread and more than 30lbs. of green chile. The taco is more than 10 feet in diameter, had 35lbs of green chile, 65lbs of beans, 65lbs of ground beef, 50lbs of lettuce, and 90lbs of cheese. This Navajo Taco may appear in the Guinness World Records.
