I love dumplings! I've only had the Asian variant, but I know that dumplings transcend all cultures. *__*
So what's your favorite kind of dumpling? When I was little I was obsessed with shui jiao and would eat them for every meal everyday. Every Saturday my mum would make trays and trays of dumplings and then freeze them because she knew they were the only thing I would eat throughout the week. On special occasions, we would have xiao long bao, which was also my favorite. There's this restaurant in Arcadia called The Dumpling House and that's all I would order. xD My parents would order 3 or 4 pots of them.

Question: Do tang yuan count as dumplings? They're a lot like dango, and people say dango are dumplings.
