For me: it's Shanxi's vinegar.

I tell you, it's more than vinegar; it's as good as... words can't decribe it.

It brings a flavor to all types of food that you can't get with any other condiments, or vinegar for that matter of fact.

Just... delicious, and jaw breakingly awesome.

I know vinegar is supposed to be flavoring but note that I said you can add this to food after the preparation process, so I assume I can call it a condiment.

I quite like HP sauce.
And sour creme.

I'm not too particular on brands,
and I'm pretty sure only that one company makes HP sauce.

I do prefer vinegar on my fries though. I'm not a big ketchup fan.

Just to clarify, I don't add all of the above onto my food all together, cos that would be gross. It depends on what I'm eating. I can tell you that oyster sauce and roast chicken flavoured crisps are delicious when combined.

I've pretty much burnt out my taste buds so I'm drawn to very strong flavours.

OH, I almost forgot, I really like Sweet Teriyaki Marinade too.

I use hot sauce. Not limited to just one. I've made it a personal challenge of mine to conquer every hot sauce known to man.

Last one I tried put me out for a day, made with Ghost peppers. My next (and possibly final) step is the sauce coming from the Scorpion pepper. God help me I'm addicted.
