u know, ... that popular aplication nowdays. Webtoon. it's fun read both of manga and webtoon. but there is sometime i want make comic (i'm not good at drawing but i like draw panel story) ... there is two option. webtoon style or manga style.
the differences is the color. webtoon use many color, so the readers can enjoy it. but hard to draw. or manga, it's easy to draw it bcs it color just black and white. but i'm not sure the readers can enjoy my story with monotone color.

what should i choose? webtoon style or manga style?

You have really laid out all the options, a good thing to remember however is that WEBTOONS are usually created digitally while manga is drawn by hand.
