Fukumenkei Noise is a manga serialized by Hana to Yume. The author is Fukuyama Ryoko (remember her from Charming Junkie? Yes, she's the same author).

This manga tells about the story of a girl named Nino, who has a childhood friend (who looks like a nerdy four-eyes, atleast in my opinion) named Momo. Just to remind you, he's a guy. So then, guess what? Our cute little Nino likes him.

Awww... This is going to be some cute, clichéd shoujo, you say? You've read things like these many times before, you say?

Don't fret, this thing here is guaranteed to mindblow you.

It's not going to be as simple as that. Momo left without warning, and now Nino is heartbroken.

Now all alone, Nino met Yuzu at the sea while the latter one is busy composing. They become friends and all and frankly, it would seem that everything's fine already. But well, plot twists (I'll leave it at that; I don't want to be a spoiler).

This manga is one of those memorable ones I can't forget. It's still not finished, so you might want sit back for a bit and await for the chapters to come.

The art is sometimes a bit wonky and "sharp", but I suggest that you give it time before you judge this manga as a whole.
