but senyuu has too many plot twist for comedy genre,lol

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is hilarious and just amazing! It's really funny! Senyu is also one of my favorite comedy manga X)

Gintama is definitely the funniest anime I've watched so far! its boring at first but gets better! Senyuu is also one of my favourites apart from Gintama. Danshi Koukousei no nichijou is pretty good too!
