The story of an orphanage, the children who live in it, and the beat-up old Nissan Sunny 1200 which provides them with a means of escape from their boring everyday lives.

If you watched/read Ping Pong and enjoyed it I highly recommend checking this out as well. It's a wonderful and poignant slice of life story.

The art is still unusual, but pretty different from Ping Pong since it's almost a decade and a half newer. When I started it and saw the first few pages in full color I had to step back a moment and take them in, they're just so beautiful. You can read it here or buy it from Viz if you want.
