to me, comics refer to western comics, i.e. DC and Marvel. Manga is the Japanese stuff, i.e. tokyopop, Vis, etc.
to answer the question, i'm all about manga. western stuff is just too gritty for me, like they try to be too realistic at times and it comes off as being kinda creepy to me.

I don't like much Manga and I'm not into mainstream comic. I much prefer indie comics and graphic novels.

I like both and I can't choose between the two. Both are two totally different things. It's like asking me if I like one genre vs. another. It would be hard to pick. At least it's hard for me to pick, since I love reading so much. If I did have to choose one to read for the rest of my life, then I wouldn't pick manga or comics, I'd pick graphic novels that don't consist of many volumes, just one, because at least that way I would be able to have different stories and different characters.

anything that interest me....I mean, I love Deadpool and Crows at the same time...because it's interesting.
