Ok, so, recently I`'ve had all these ideas bouncing around in my head, but this is the one that stuck the most. I`d appreciate if you read it all, and forgive me if it gets a little plot bunnyish at times.

So basically, my story will be set in the future, I'm thinking 2023. The human race is being threatened by an alien race ominously called, The Forgotten. The human race is down on its last leg, until another alien race called Pupas come to Earth. The Pupas have also been threatened by The Forgotten, and ask the humans if they'd like to team up against their shared enemy. Now, the Pupas have a special ability that allows them to merge with any being they choose, and manipulate that beings body structure to be...whatever. The humans and Pupas do well together, and eventually win the war. HOWEVER when the Pupas try to leave the planet, they are stopped by humans. Some of the Pupas were reluctant to leave their human host anyway. This causes yet another war to break out, Pupas against Humans and Pupas who are still in human hosts. It ends in a draw, with some of the Pupas staying with the humans-including the Pupas queen.

Now fastfoward ten years or so.
Blah blah long story short, we meet our main character, she unknowingly carries the queen which has traveled through her famliy until birth, she is being targeted by the Pupas. Yea.


Ok, so I know that sounded crazy but...critique on the story please?

The second paragraph seems like a pretty fertile pitch for a new IP. The third paragraph has the problem of not sounding all that interesting (and actually kind of cliched, compared to it's much more interesting background story.

Also "The Forgotten" seems like a rather bland name for an alien race, whereas Pupas doesn't sound appealing at all.

and lastly this thread doesn't belong in comics. Random would be more fitting.
