I really enjoyed the manga, but did anyone else not like the ending? I thought the ending was very bad, and depressing (sometimes I'm ok with sad endings but it seemed pointless), I'll try not to spoil for anyone who hasn't read it yet though. I heard the anime had a better ending but I haven't seen it. But as for the manga....did you like the ending? I sort of pretended it never happened, it was like the author was in some horrible mood...

We are in the same way. I don't like it too. The ending is pretty bad. And is it true that the ending in the anime is better? If it is true, then I will watch the anime.

Agreed, glad I'm not alone with feeling this way. And yes apparently, a friend of mine watched the entire anime series and when I described the ending of the manga she said it didn't happen that way at all. So I still have to see it for myself, but I highly doubt she'd make that up. I have spoken with so many fans that also hated the ending, so my best guess it that the makers of the anime realized too many fans hated the way it ended, so they changed it, possibly with the help or the author.
