By Rei Heroe, Okajima Rokuro is a normal Japanese salaryman who travels on a ship in the South China Sea to deliver a disc only to be abducted by a group of mercenaries known as the Black Lagoon. Kidnapped by the psychotic, nihilistic Chinese gunslinger, Revy, she finds him interesting enough to take him hostage. Now dubbed "Rocky", he is "forcibly" taken from his boring life and thrust into a life of bullets, blood, and violence.
The art is a bit static at the beginning chapters but is amazing as the manga progresses into the double digits. The characters are the driving force behind this manga with their own unique psychotic problems and quirks and impossibly cool weapons. Along with the characters the is the amazing fight scenes where if I remember, a umbrellea shotgun/bazooka/knife fight in a brothel/slash bar, submarine warfare with nazis, militant church/gun smugglers, and a lot more. It's good. REad it.

A friend of mine introduced me to it. But I havent gotten around to see or read it yet. Looks pretty awesome though. :D
