Should have a board to discuss Shounen Jump weekly as it comes out so it's easier and lots of titles are squished right into the one thread rather than spread out :D

Yeah, I was thinking of making sub-boards for various categories. The five boards up right now are just the basics. More can be added later if people want them.

I really have an attraction for Jump.

Bakuman and One Piece really thrill me, as does Eyeshield 21. Naruto and Bleach used to but... well, plotholes make me grow tired of them.

Such is life, brother $$$$.

i think Naruto is in its final story, or not if kishi would go world arc lol, and bleach, there's still the vasto lorde and Mizuiro's description of being mysterious and hidden identity

didn't like bleach's last episode... i kinda hoped a little more.. of course, when ichigo appears to rescue them all, it will be tremendous ^^

I kinda liked Eyeshield21, it's really something different thanks to Hiruma (he's a real akuma XD), but Naruto it's starting it's peak in the "let's-go-kick-Sasuke's-butt-until-he-cries-to-return-to-Konoha" or "let's-die-together" of Naruto... It keeps me bugging the thing that left Itachi inside Naruto... (I think that "it" will finish their battle, and Sasuke may leave Konoha again but with everything settled between all of them)

And Bleach isn't attracting my attention now... it was interesting at the beggining but now, I don't know what to think... (booooooooooring) =c=

Oh how I wish Gintama and One Piece was more popular stateside. 4kids totally ruined it for One Piece and Gintama is more like a Japanese Family guy.... but still.

I've been wanting to get into One Piece for a really long time now, but since I put it off for so long it just got away from me. I guess I should really get on that. I've been really on and off with naruto cause I'll randomly lose interest, same with bleach, but I don't feel bleach does it as often.

You know how it goes naruto then naruto shippuden? I'm just hoping that there's another one like when he's hokage.

oh god, naruto kills me inside. the story line is wayyyyyyyyyy too long. i hate it when anime/manga are more than 100 episodes long except for ES21 and KHR. those 2 are my exception :3

ES21 is very educational (for football players) and really funny. KHR.. well i've been into it since it came out (literally) then i lost track of it last year, but im rewatching the whole thing.

Bleach - Same linear story reapeted over and over.
One Piece - Always exapnding universe. *fangirls too*

I still read Narto but it's just so meh now.

I was cleaning out my basement and found all my old Shounen Jump volumes (from late 2003).
Man, the YuGiOh manga was sure badass.

My friend gave me his old Jumps. it stole a shelf from my room. :3

It seems that most the the manga on Shounen Jump are just... boring, somehow.
Like Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece, I dont really like those. Its like the same thing over and over again. Plus they're not that realistic human-wise (not in art, like... how easy one can die and how limited their powers are)

May get some time to time though, just to flip through them.

Then, of course, the good guys win through teamwork, friendship, love, willpower, something cheesy, and the series moves on to the next power struggle where a (guess...) even stronger villain pops up. Thats almost every Shonen (not just shonen JUMP) manga ever.
