A girl at my school her name is Kendra and i think im in love with her, but the thing is shes dating my friend from elementary im scared to tell her tht she knows i like her but she doesnt know how i really feel about her my chest hurts and shes perfect in every way to me. God its frustrating any advice?

hey there, this might sound a bit cliche but, you should follow your heart. but the thing is she has a bf so the best thing you can do is wait and stay by her side! or you never know if you confess your love to her something good can come of it!
(this sounds a bit like a shojo manga plot...)

Is't love so troubling sometimes! but don't worry! im sure it will work out! she has a bf, so like Nel said, its good to be friends! always be positive and dont try and ruin her relationship with your friend, that stuff doesnt work so well XD let her know that shes perfect, who knows? maybe she'll open up :)

Sorry if it sounds somewhat sad, but it's a lesson I'd learned in life.

2. You'll never have a chance of dating her if you never ask her out.

3. Honestly, you aren't in love. You may really like her, but in love? No.

Point 1 is entirely true. You shouldn't dwell on someone that is already with someone else - that's just unhealthy. It's taught somewhere that you aren't supposed to envy thy neighbor, it's just a dick move in general.

Point 2 is also true, unless you're just some sort of god-like being made of pheromones that attracts all the ladies without provocation. Or unless you're lucky. And you probably aren't either - rather, you shouldn't assume you're either.

Point 3 would be the most negative, but also most realistic point. You can't say you're in love with someone if you barely know them. "Liking the way she smiles" and feeling your heart "flutter" when you're nearby them is a natural response to being infatuated with someone, but it's far from being in love. You should get to know them better first, as a person, instead of tagging them as an object of your affection.

Don't pine over someone needlessly. Everyone has crushes on people; they don't all need to be acted on, since not all of them are appropriate. It requires a level of maturity to restrain those thoughts.

You can have a perfectly normal friendship while you're attracted to someone, there was never a rule against that.
