Is this site the real deal? If it is does this mean any one on this site is an official Dollar?

But...yeah. We are all Dollars members. If you want to be "official" then check out the Description and FAQ, found here. It'll tell you about tripcodes so people can't post as you, where to go to find other Dollars in your area, and etc.

IMO, Dollars-BBS is as real as the Dollars can get. You should also definitely check out this thread as well though. ;) It's about the Dollars Headquarters.

Each board has a description at the top of it, and the main board is reserved for topics of discussion and importance.

This falls under the first of those categories, but as remix (ximer?) said, the question has already been asked, answered, and discussed on another thread.
