Okay, so in tokyo ghoul, ghouls cant have kids. Well Kaneki and Touka had a kid at the end of the show, but they are both ghouls. Hows that possible? Is it because Kaneki is half ghoul and half human, because its possible for humans and ghouls to have kids. But its rare, but Kaneki isnt human, so is it because he's half?? I'm so confused

It's because he's half. Even less of a chance than normal but still possible.

book 4 chapter 34, that lady said "the possibility of pregnancy is extremely low to begin with, otherwise they'd die if they tried to have a kid" but thanks for answering my question!!
