Souma Yukihira is a chef who works at a local family diner. His diner is known for great food he and his father, Jorichio Yukihira make. Souma and his father compete with each other to see who cooks better, unfortunatley his father surpasses him. Soums joins a very strict school called Totsuki academy where very little students get in. His goal- to surpass his father and become a very good chef. Will he do it?

There were like, 3 of these in the archive lol. None got much traction though so whatever xd.

I remember dropping this show around the time the new director(?) showed up and wanted everything to become standardized, felt like it was destroying the entire theme of the series. I know he loses in the end, but every episode he was involved him just felt awful to watch.
Then I heard about the dark chefs and never looked back.
