There is a YouTube channel that legally uploads anime for free. They only show a select few anime but they have a decent amount having only started less than a year ago.

Titles are available to viewers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Vietnam, Brunei, Cambodia, Bhutan.

Unfortunately though, some of the countries listed will have access to a slightly smaller amount of anime.
