Psycho-pass is my recent obsession (watch out, gore).
Besides the mainstream, MHA, Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer), That time I got Reincarnated into a Slime, Evil Saga (Youjo Senki), Overlord, Ao no Exorcist
If you want comedy, I highly recommend Osomatsu-san
If you want some real life stuff, Oregairu
Some other good stuff (to my opinion): Rascal does not dream of Bunny Girl Senpai & Erased

I second the Osomatsu-san and bunny girl senpai recommendations. It really depends on what type you're interested in. Toilet Bound Hanako-kun is a very good one with an interesting style. Kekkai Sensen is a cool sc-fi one with some good humor. Kyokou Suiri is a supernatural mystery show that recently came out.
It's easier to give recommendations within a genre but those three are some general good ones I think.
