So what are the best-baddast-carismatic antagonist in your opinion guys?

imo one of the fine example for me will be this guy regarding his views especially on humans which is perfectly opposite from the protagonist and the things he is willing to do (or more like his minions will do to his bro for him) just to prove a f*cking point.

Millions Knives
Twin brother of Vash Stampede. Respected, always looking chill but very dangerous (flee on sight), intelligent, caring to his own kind and an unapologetic man or plant?

Fun Fact:
his POV "Kill the spider to save the butterfly" and Vash's POV "NO ONE ever has the right to take the life of another" often ends in long-ass discussions among Trigun fans on wc perspective is more naive. Those debates made the Hundred Years' War feels like mere minutes.

Most certainly Johan Liebert from "Monster." Though this may be personal bias, as the series is my favorite, Johan is one of the most compelling antagonists in any medium. He is such a complex character, and, while he may be evil, one can understand at the conclusion HOW he became what he did.

Fyodor Dostoevsky -- Bungou Stray Dogs
Definitely made me happy as he's one of my favorite authors, and in the show I believe he was a pretty good change of pace.

Light Yagami from death note (idk how to spell his name)

It really depends on who you think the antagonist is, but I think Light is the antagonist. I just love how it's different from other characters. He can match L's wit until he dies, and that makes him the best antagonist.

I was going to write Makishima Shogo but I've seen he's already been mentioned (tbh I tend to crush a lot on antagonists rather than protagonists lol).

Then I want to mention too Kamui Kirito. Dude, the abilities of hacking & pharmaceutical. DAMN.

Also I've already seen mentiones Medusa, Izaya, Light & Lelouch which I totally agree..
