IDK any other ones as this is a pretty baron sub genre that have anime worth watching apart from the isekai stuff of course

The Shield Hero, Wars of Grandcrest, Children of Whales, Sarazanmai, Ancient Magus' Bride, Yozakura Quartet. And though this one is not exactly what you are looking for I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it, Banana Fish.
