I want a good anime, with suspense and thriller, I don't mind if it's horror, but I want it the serious type. It's ok if the anime contains a few funny moments and so (after all they also lighten the mood) but I don't want to overall mood of the anime to be light. I want it serious.

To be honest, I took recommendations from this site when it mentioned The Promised Neverland and Dororo so I thought to ask again about something else because after I watched those two anime I was amazed... So if someone knows soemthing like them...

I'm afraid I finished all great new anime but whenever I search, I don't see anything interesting so please help!!!!

And please the anime you recommend should be between 2013-2019 but not older please

im afraid i wont be able to recommend anything else as amazing as 'promised neverland' and 'dororo', but i got a few

'another' is p good horror and p serious throughout the whole show

'puella magi madoka magica' seems light hearted but turns pretty serious once the plot gets going

and finally 'fate/zero' is amazing, and it doesnt have much humor and its the best of the fate series (i would not recommend going to other fate versions as they are lackluster in comparison to how well zero is done)

Someone said other Fate series' are not great, and most are, but I'd say Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works is also worth a watch, doesn't matter if you watch Zero or UBW first, it'll spoil the end of the other.

TPN is among the best shows you will find out their. So finding another to fill the void will not be easy. I'd recommend Monster. Great show, but starts rather slow. Once you get into it, an amazing experience.

Another good one is Shinsekai Yori. Aka from the new world
A subtle "bad feeling" and the question what is actually going on.

Psycho-Pass would maybe fit your taste.
It has a futuristic setting where society adopted the so-called Sybil System (is it written like that in english?). With the "Psycho-Pass", you can determine someone's tendency to act criminally and Enforcers are sent out to eliminate these individuals to keep society safe. (This is actually a really shitty description but it's been a huge while since I watched it and my writing brain is a tomatoe right now.) It has two seasons and a movie. I think a new season was also announced, although the "classic" and best Psycho-Pass remains the original first season.

You would absolutely LOVE Banana Fish then!!! It is a show that's grounded in reality, It takes place in New York. This will punch you in the stomach with raw feelings and the realization that this could really happen. I. HIGHLY. RECCOMEND. IT
