Saiki Kusuo no Psi nan/The Disastrous Life of Saiki K is plotless comedy and pretty fking neat if you're bored. It's on Netflix.
Basically it's: op protagonist, psychic powers, MC is done w/life, makes fun of other anime and itself, 4th wall doesn't excist, a small crossover with Ginatama in 2nd season I think, lovely characters, it's just comedy, I relate to the MC on a personal level.
Here's other stuff from different genres:
Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler - drama, demons, butlers, shoujo?, grim reapers, 1890 England, some James Bond:ish stuff, the MC is a traumatized kid, the dub is pretty good because accents, idk, even the mangaka doesn't know what category this falls into
Banana Fish - shoujo, drama, action, gangs & mafia, sci-fi drug thing? - kinda gay if you squint, I cried too much into he one episode because certain character died and it was tragic af
Mob Psycho 100% - psychic powers - MC is op because author is the same guy who made OPM, he can make op MCs work though, evil spirits and exorcism stuff, MCs an awkward 8th grader, shounen?, the Best Conman of the Year's lifeadvice™ - 2ns season coming up in 1 month
One Punch Man - action, the author can make OP MCs work, heroes, all animecharacter tropes you can think of are there, comedy, the animation is beauty, kinda worried about the anime studio being changed for the 2nd season, the MC being depressed is one of the things which make you laugh, pretty funny though, there'll be more plot in the 2nd season
Hellsing (Ultimate) - gore, vampires, MC is BAMF, England in 1990-2000, religious stuff, some priest is tryin' to kill the MC, Nazis, vampire Nazis, pretty controversial show tbh, lots of ppl die, vampire Nazi gore, the dub isn't half bad +accents, there's this one German song I liked way too much, Alucard backwards is Dracula
You Lie on April - classical music, angst, sadness, romance, emotional stuff, shoujo, doesn't really count as school anime, mostly just music and emotional stuff, I didn't cry though because I wasn't too into the show, many ppl liked it though and then cried for hours, I watched it mostly for the music since I play the piano, was beautiful and sad tho
Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou/Everyday Life with Monster Girls - harem, the MC's name is said like once, half human half animal -girls, boobs, ass, don't watch in front of your parents, I'm lucky I saw the censored version when I was like 12 because this sh1t was my first anime ever, animalhuman hybrid anatomy/lifestyle stuff, boobs, slippery lamias&slimes&mermaids, spider-gal, kinky?, surprised how the girls haven't killed the MC accidentally yet
