A anime i suggest is death parade. Its theme is enjoy life while u can yet all the characters are either dead or never lived gotta love the irony. But seriously its a good anime that will make u cry and the op is amazing even though its misleading.

I have no clue why, but Drifters' rock opening "Gospel of the Throttle" is an OP that I always find myself going back to.

Death Parade's "Flyers," Baccano's "Guns and Roses," & Joker Game's "Reason Triangle" share the same vibe. And it's amazing. So much so that I start to get withdrawal symptoms if I don't re-listen over and over again.

Beck's "Hit in the USA" is just such a gem.

Katanagatari's "Hakushu Kassai Utaawase" (by Supercell) I feel like has a great balance between tranquility and high-tension tempo.

The Original Hellsing's opening was smooth & classy as hell. That much I remember.

Black Lagoon's "Red Fraction" still gives me chills.

I know this doesn't count, but Psycho-Pass' "Namae no Nai Kaibutsu"(Monster Without a Name) by Egoist is immaculate.

Log Horizon's "Database", 'cause Database.

The original To Love-Ru's opening is surprisingly catchy and solid.

Gangsta's "Renegade".

Though the anime sucked, the OP was bomb:
