i kinda want to get into it but where do i start there to any episodes and a lot manga so how would i go about this?

Just start at episode/chapter 1. What's the confusion?

Personally, I recommend the manga, it takes less time to catch up and is simply better than the anime.
The anime suffers from constant bad animation, absurd pacing, fillers and other things.
The manga is the way to go, as far as I'm concerned.

I found a thing called One Pace it's a condensation of the anime. Fillers are cut and it follows the pace of the manga.
