I looked at http://9anime.cloud and I wouldn't use it,
crunchyroll it is a 100% legal anime website which partnered up with funimation, the only down side is you will have to watch adds unless you subscribe to them.
none legal site are like

Crunchyroll is so good for watching anime but adds are so annoying you have to pay 7 dollars to remove adds
