This thread is purely for posting your favorite movies and why you enjoy them so much. Simply post the name, how you feel about it, and a brief description of it (no spoilers please!) to show other members what it's about! I'll start as an example.

My favorite would have to be Summer Wars. The animation is super smooth, and I'm not sure if it has a series it's based on or not. The movie is centered around a handful of people in japan who accidentally free an AI in a 3D-world type of internet who begins to learn and grow and wreak havoc globally by hacking into and controlling a vast number of electronic equipment and tools. Factories going haywire, trains crashing, traffic jams due to street lights going crazy, the whole 9 yards. The individuals who have discovered their mistake pick out the best of the best fighter from the internet's arena, who just so happens to be their friend. They pull out all the stops to battle this digital menace before the entire world is thrown into absolute turmoil, but only time will tell if they can do it.
