I've seen the first episode and I'm unsure if I should continue or drop it. I picked it up since it topped some dude's action anime list. Between the weirdly good art and excellent animation, is the story that good?

It's an incredible show and one of my favorites.
it has a great message and there's a lot of deeper meaning to it.

I'd recommend it. Kill La Kill is probably one of my favorite anime series ever. It's perfect in its own little world
