This might sound really stupid to ask, but I think it fits here. I've been getting into naruto recently, and I haven't gotten to the point in th anime where you find this out yet, but apparently *SPOILER* kakashi got his sharingan eye from another person who ACTUALLY inherited it. Up until now I thought there was a way for a ninja to train REALLY hard to obtain dojutsu eye if they weren't gifted with it at birth. So I guess my question is, is there a way?

To specify, the reason I was wondering this is because I am creating a character and one of my ideas was I wanted him to have a special eye, a "shindogan", basically he could see sound waves. And my idea was that he got it on accident. He would try to train for a buakugan, but he either messed around or his sound (wind I guess) chakra messes with it and changes it. (It would be solid greeb,btw)

The person who gives their eye is actually really easy actually,I mean the person giving it loses an eye but they just really remove it and gives it to the person, you can read it on the wiki for Naruto, the person who receives it actually has a harder time and the eye uses more chakra for them instead of the person born with sharing an eyes, also sometimes they are unable to deactivate it so they have to conceal it,showing why kakashi always covers his eye

Also eyes can only be gained by being born with a family of special eyes or taken out of the person
