Nah, Madhouse never makes a season 2 of any show. At least they make great animation. Maybe One Punch Man will be the first series by them that actually gets a second season.

I hope you know mad house HAS made second seasons in the past, for example magi. So it's not impossible.

It's kind of hard for them to make a 2nd season for Overlord though,I think they won't make a 2nd season so that the LN would be read.
