who do you think the strongest anime(including movie)/manga character is and why?

btw im not trying to start an arguement or anything i just want to see your opinion

That's a hard decision... I know that Alucard from Hellsing is DEFINETLY the strongest vampire I've ever known. Those other Draculas from other movies don't even stand a chance against Alucard!!!!!

I think it's about time I say who I think is the strongest. The man in the picture is Dunstan from the Ultimo manga series (also made by Stan Lee so not only is Dunstan one of the strongest anime/manga characters, but he is also the strongest Marvel character (and the fact that he is made after Stan Lee). He is basicly the smartest person in the year 2989 but he messed up with time and space so he is now a criminal. He has a total of 16 different abilities which are...

-Time/Space Manipulation (freely control time and space)
-Sence Manipulation (freely control 5-6 senses including cut off thinking and modifying how much pain the body receives )
-Memory Manipulation (freely able to create, erase and change memories of either 1 or a crowd of people)
-Fate Manipulation (basicly controls how you die)
-Corpreal Control (heal at a cellular level and make someone relive anyone's past with all 5-6 senses in check)
-Emotion Manipulation (control someone's emotions which is able to make them not want to fight to a point where they can feel suicidal)
-Power Manipulation (freely able to control anyone's ability to a certain extent or just cancel it out and also over powers Ability Kill)
-Reincarnation Manipulation (control when they can be reborn or even control their own soul)
-Ability Steal (when this ability is up, as long as you see someone use a special power then you can use it yourself without training)
-Heart Analysis (able to read your mind before you make a move in battle or just search for memories within a person)
-Ability Kill (disables any ability friend or foe within a 6 mile radius which is always on)
-Raging Flames (able to create fireballs from his hands. It is unknown how hot they truly are but they can burn the ashes of the things they destroy)
-Electrical Speed (able to speed up the bodies movement and able to freely use thunder for attacks)
-Pyramid Scheme (able to create himself an infinite number of times)

And there are still 2 unknown abilities left
